Before noon I had received word that the sale of my house had been cancelled. I was also notified that my Loss Mitigation Application was also completed after receiving a letter from the servicer on Thursday the day before I called Foreclosure International Group that for the 7th time my application was incomplete. I just thought it was so amazing how I've been working on this for months and after just one phone call with Foreclosure International Group my spirits were lifted, and more progress was made in one day with them than the original person I hired. They have been really supportive and trying to make this whole experience a positive one while trying to help me keep my home and get back on financial track. I am truly grateful for their patience and sharing their knowledge and decades of experience with me.

Nearing his transition into adulthood, I received a call from Dijon Piroleau two months ago as that milestone was approaching, inquiring whether I was interested in increasing my son's insurance coverage. This was possible because the Guaranteed Insurability Option (GIO) I had previously selected permitted me to purchase additional insurance on specified option dates. Dijon dedicated considerable time and effort to researching whether the 15-year paid life options or the Whole Life options would be most suitable for my needs. I greatly appreciated his professionalism, attentiveness, and the detailed Illustrations along with explanations he provided, which enabled me to understand and compare the policies effectively. His guidance was invaluable in helping me make an informed decision. Dijon, thank you for consistently demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness to your clients. I look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future. ~Lorena Jenkins
