The lady on the phone was kind and helpful, and gave me detailed instructions on how to find the office when I came for my appointment. The office was nice, the waiting room had coffee, tea and water. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was incredibly friendly. I was x-rayed and then Dr. Mann came in to review that and do some other sensitivity tests. He was thorough, informative, and I really felt like he cared about what was best for me. Ultimately he did not feel that I needed a root canal at this time, and it was refreshing that he was honest and didn't try to sell me a service I didn't actually need. However, if I do need a root canal in the future, this is definitely the place I'll be going! Overall great experience!

He also cause damage to my face he allowed the nurse to inject me with silicone I know this because for 2 years my face stayed the same look like I had an upside down lip also the new doctor told me I asked him about the nerve damage he said yes I would have nerve damage and that they did the best they could I'm also going to have the scars on my leg that he made look like somebody put cigarettes out on my legs also my knees are sunk in look like prunes also I have nerve damage to the face so I had to see a plastic surgeon for that I was told facelift. Well I told Buckner what the plastic surgery said turns out the doctor was right I saw another plastic surgeon and that plastic surgeon said let's wait and see I said I've been waiting to see for 2 years finally decided to go with the second plastic surgeon starting out the gate is going to be 5,000 for the lower part of my chin I have pictures I'm going to prove it Dr Buckner is a slick oil salesman that will sell you a goat and tell you it's a donkey I've also contacted the board of Physicians well he must have knew somebody there because they closed my case and telling me that they took it seriously. I informed them there's no way because the second set of evidence is on its way from the from the vein doctor and the plastic surgeons well they kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then said to me well you can send your evidence in I said oh but my case is closed but you want me to send evidence in okay the caseworker name was Madeline, and the person that sent out the letter name was Eunice, well she must be a part of that group that Dr that Buckner, goes to Jamaica with because when they said they took it seriously and I know they were lying I contacted the governor's office and they reopened the case and sent all my records and proof to the health department especially now that we all know it was silicone injected in my face by the nurse Nicole who Alex knew had a gray suitcase with black on it and I told him that when I talked to him on the phone he claims he don't be around her as anymore well Dr Buckner asked me to trust this woman and I did three times I said no to him and he said come on so I did. Buckner injected me twice with Botox so he said it was trying to make right of it he knew what had been done to me I also have nerve damage in my face oh and let's talk about a month ago and I have proof for that clindamycin cream cuz I was taking the pills for my face I woke up in the middle of the night to leakage happening in my face it was whatever that nurse of his former nurse put in my face here are the pictures to prove it and my medical doctor saw my face and prescribe clindamycin cream. oh let's talk about the sunken leg on the left leg the medical doctor saw both of them when they look nice after he had did some work and then when he wanted to do vein work he sunk my left leg I also had to be prescribed clindamycin cream for the whatever it was that leaked out of my face my doctor saw it she's a witness and two plastic surgeon are witnesses now in the case is with the health department I hope they shut you down sir, you did not try to reach out to me nor apologize you think I'm going to go away but I got news sir I'm not going anywhere and I'm going to tell everybody exactly what you did and I'm going to go on every social platform that I can find and put all your stuff up that you did to me. And the back of my legs look like I have lymphedema and he knows my back of my legs never look like that before. He tried everything talking about lose weight do it look like this that's the leg of a obese person this man is a real shyster. We took…read morean appointment one month ago for my kids n we checked last Friday to confirm it.And yesterday when we reached there they asked us to fill up the patient's information form and after that Dr did xray and started cleaning up my son's teeth, meanwhile receptionist came at the examining room and informed Dr. That Kaiser Permanent didnt assigned them for us so Dr. stopped everything.( very angry thin female assistance) Dr. in her late 30s Rudely said she can't further treat our son as Kaiser didnt assigned them. We requested them we will pay from the out of pocket (Cash or card )but they said our time is over and they have another patient waiting for but right after my son's appointment my daughter's appointment was scheduled for . We request them to take that patient first and later treat my son but they refused us. We complained to Kaiser Permanente and find out that our insurance was good n they suppose to accept, that was very lazy work of receptionist began with n Dr.McCausland is wrost person the handle the situation being a Doctor, he added salt to injury Man without common sense. Once I got to the office, I filled out paperwork and handed it in. I waited maybe 5 mins before they called me to the back. Once in the back Diane took some x rays and the Doc came to pull the tooth. He made sure I knew what he was doing, and asked if I was okay the entire time. I felt NO pain at all. He went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and like I could trust him.
