I was told this would be fixed. See texts. It has been a month and I have been ghosted. My contractor also has been ghosted. I had a second countertop to order for a new cabinet and cannot get a call back for that order. Highly frustrated and disappointed. Follow through was the fail. I'm sure we are his primary target to do business with but he treated us like we were. Everything did not go perfect, but they were mostly our mistakes and he treated them like they were his fault (even though they weren't). Quality of products: the cabinets were excellent. They aren't the super expensive custom built cabinets, but they were 10 times better than most of the big box stores. The are 3/4 ply all the way around, except the back. The shelves are solid and the soft close hardware is super easy to work. If you are assembling your own cabinets, make sure you ask him questions. The more complicated ones can be a bit of a head scratcher since the limited videos can be less than helpful....I wish I would have had time to make some of the assembly videos for future use. The countertop (quartz) turned out really well. The seams were very small and they matched the veins tastefully. Only improvements I can think they need is better assembly instructions for a few of the cabinets. That's it. Going to AMC might have been our best decision of the entire remodel. Don't take my word for it though, just stop in and talk to Sin to see for yourself.

Sinisa was wonderful with helping us pick our material, explaining the process, and fitting as much as possible onto each slab. This was a very nice collaborative process, where we talked about appropriate overhangs, and how to deal with window trim that might be in the way. Templating took all 20 minutes. Within a week, we had the countertops installed, and sink mounted. They were very considerate to ask us about noise levels, since they knew we had a toddler that napped around the install time. Install was less than an hour, and it looks perfect! Just all around very professional and wonderful folks.

We lost our house in the Marshall Fire and spent close to six figures with Atlas and their…read moreinstallers on our rebuild. Atlas' salesperson (Tommy) ordered the underlayment for our floor. This underlayment is not recommended by the manufacturer (Portercraft Floors). Frank LaCava installed the floor incorrectly and now it will need to be replaced. Nelson Melara installed our tile and the grout is soft/crumbling and will need to be replaced. Nelson is unresponsive and does not stand behind his work.
