We received advice on future decisions that was objective and fair, not "oh bring it in and we'll see". He was very fair and kind and extremely easy to work with. Everything he told us he would do he stood behind his word he even went out of his way to get another key made to the vehicle for us. I would highly recommend doing business here, he is much more affordable than most dealers! He was one of the best salesmen I have ever met and I'm in the automotive business so that's saying something! Lee was never pushy he was laid back and actually very pleasant. Highly recommend!!! Take 5 has been building their garage on this spot, that before it was bulldozed long ago, held a Burger King. It is finally open, and right now there are no lines at all. I was able to get a full synthetic oil change and air filter replacement in just about 15 minutes, drove right in and waited in my car while they took care of everything. I would specifically like to highlight Duron (hope I spelled that right) who was my very friendly service technician, explained everything, and while keeping a laid back attitude was constantly working to move things along. There were two techs working on my car consistently, either conducting the transaction, changing my filter, or working underneath to drain and then replace the oil. I went with the "complete" package, which seems to be their mid-tier, aimed at vehicles getting close to 100,000 miles like mine. It was definitely not the cheapest oil change I have had lately, but it was very fast and comprehensive. I would return here again.
