I worked for this company for several years, did a good job, and loved working there. Then they…read morehired a Practice Manager a few years ago who treated the employees horribly, very unfairly, and bullies them until they wind up leaving. When the CEO retired, the COO who had been there for 38 years definitely deserved the job. She had worked her way up through the years in so many departments and knew the ins and outs of the whole Center, but instead someone who knows nothing about the Center was given the position. This man also has now promoted the Practice Manger who treats the employees so horribly. Unhappy employees definitely effect the overall care of the patients. DO NOT got to work for this place and if you can find health care elsewhere, do so. If upper management doesn't even care about their employees, I guarantee they do not care about the patients.
