I came here because I kept hearing about their humongous baked potato's and I had to give it a try myself and I'm glad I did! I got the chicken, bacon, ranch baked potato and it was so good. The baked potato was super hot and fresh. I just wish they were a bit more generous with the toppings to potato ratio. The portion size of it was great! I was able to eat on it for 2 days which made me happy. The staff that took my order and served me were very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back when I need another baked potato fix! read more

I swung by this place on a road trip obviously have had mcalisters before and it never disappoints! the sandwiches were both wonderful and made fresh and hot to order. First time trying to Mac and cheese and have to say will not be getting that again. Friendly service read more

Best tea ever. Super clean. You won't find a better McAlister's Deli in Arkansas. This is our favorite place to have a glass of tea.

I placed an order shortly after 8 to pick up at 8:38 pm on 5/20/24. I went inside at 8:28 and the order was ready. The person at the front was pleasant and nice. When I arrived home with our food, we had the following issues: 1. The bread on the Angus Club was substituted with ciabatta and without tomatoes and horseradish as requested. **The bread is hard, and there are zero vegetables on the sandwich. No onion or lettuce. 2. The ham and cheese melt did not have any vegetables as described on the menu. No substitutions were requested. 3. The McAlisters Club wrap was not cut in half and the tortilla is so hard it broke into pieces. 4. I ordered potato salad as a side. I received cold potato soup. I spent near $40 on this order. And the wrap had the vegetables on it, why didn't anything else? It doesn't make sense that it couldn't be made correctly. We ended up tossing more than half of the order and I felt sick afterwards. Now I understand why the parking lot was empty. I left feedback on the website and requested contact, but have yet to hear anything a day later. Edit: I received an email from the GM of the location, apologizing and offering 2 free entrees. Will try again and update. Hopefully it's a better experience. read more

I arrived at McAlister's at 12019 Westhaven Drive in Little Rock. I was having a horrible day and I told the person taking my order. His name is Cam. He was one of the kindest people I have ever met. He took my order and gave me a free drink and a discount. We had a friendly exchange of words and boom, I felt better. It takes so little to be above average. Kindness is a lost art. When I ordered in the app I requested the option to have them bring my food out to me at my car. I was waiting in the curbside spot for 20 min total. There were 5 cars in the parking lot and most customers were leaving, so I was wondering what was taking so long. After waiting the first 10 min I decided to call and see what the hold up might be. She assured me the food would be right out and apologized for the wait. Another 10 min goes by and nothing. So I go inside and see my order waiting at a pickup station... so much for "curbside" pickup. Yay for cold food. Should've read the reviews before coming to this place, it's a dump. read more

Came for lunch. I had the Rueben and the sweet tea, and they were spot on! So good! My buddy had never been to a McAlister's Deli before. He had the French dip. He said it was pretty good, but the au jus was just some pretty basic beef stock. For me it was a fast and delicious lunch. Five stars! read more

Had a to go order picked it up got home and: my French dip did not have the dip and was missing the side, the McAllister club was ordered with no mayonnaise, it was completely covered in it and also was missing the side, half the restaurant was closed at 6 o'clock on a Saturday night and they had a total of 4 people eating in there all at the same table, I called to let them know my order was messed up and got hung up on. As soon as I walked in I should've turned around. It smelled a roach infested house inside. After we ordered we couldn't find a clean seat to sit at and had to ask for one to be cleaned. It was still dirty. My drink had something floating around in out. My roast beef wasn't cooked all the way in my spud it also was cold after a few minutes. The soups are always consistent and I like them a lot. The potatoes are pretty good too. They have a lot of flavors and toppings to choose from and I enjoying both to-go and dine in. I've tried calling in an order several times but never get an answer, that kind of annoys me but wouldn't bother me as bad if the service wasn't so slow when ordering at he restaurant. I've enjoyed McAlister's at other locations, but this one is in dire need of new management! The service is amazingly bad. I went twice spaced by a week, both times ordering food to go. Both times business was slow. The wait for the food both times was 45+ minutes, due mostly to slow unmotivated staff. Both times our food sat in a window for 15 minutes waiting to be bagged. Once ,again after 45 or more minutes waiting on two cheese sandwiches, when the order was bagged and my name was called, no one had bothered to brew their signature tea. I waited another 15 to 20 minutes for it to be brewed. Over an hour for two cheese sandwiches and some tea. There seemed to be adequate staff, just amazingly slow and unmotivated. Both times I observed people walking out of the kitchen, handling garbage, and returning to handle food without washing or revolving their hands. Do yourself a favor, and take the 15 minute drive to their North Little Rock location. You'll probably save time, the service is much better, and the staff appears to be focused and eager to serve. read more

After driving in the car 12 hours we went out of our way to stop at Mcallisters on Chanel in Little Rock,AR - it was 8:52 when we walked in and we're immediately shouted at "we close in 5 minutes" we rapindes we know what we want and walked up the counter only to be yelled at again from the kitchen window "we're closed and the ovens are off" we asked if we could order anything and were told no! Ok here we go. With huge excitement, success and service just 24hr before at McAlister's in Conway AR compelled me to return to McAlister's today in Little Rock. My first attempt was to the old McAlister's on N Rodney Parham only to find that they had been closed as of October 2011. I should have heard, "Warning, Iceberg on starboard bow!" A quick look to Yelp and I find another and much Newer Looking McAlister's only 1.7 miles away so I'm excited again. I told myself not to worry, "All engines ahead". I get here and the place is busy and I'm getting really excited to have the same experience that I had just yesterday with a Muffuletta Wrap. Counter person takes my order with no problem; he fully understood my request and didn't even have to go into the kitchen to discuss. Ahhhh.... sweet success again and at a Chain. Then came the cold rush of reality like the fidget icy waters that doomed the Unsinkable Titanic and sent many a good souls to an early death seeking a greater reward elsewhere. The kitchen dude called out from behind, "I'll do it this time, but we can't change or alter the Muff". I explained my reasons for the wrap, and that I really preferred to avoid the Titanic Bun, but all the Captain of the Kitchen would only say is "Sorry"...... So I will take to a Life Boat and once again be set adrift looking for a place that can satisfy my cravings for the ever illusive Muffuletta in Little Rock. May-Day...May-Day....May-Day..... "This Place is a Chain" so don't come expecting anything above or outside of the norm from this McAlister's. Don't take my review the wrong way, it's regular run of the mill McAlister's food that you can get pretty much at any location. I'm just sad because I hit the jackpot 24hr earlier and came up with craps today. See the picture I took of this meal, seeing is believing and this one was a let down. I guess that's what happens when your gambling on the high sea's...... My best bet is to stick to "River Boat Gambling" and keep my Muffuletta bets in New Orleans. read more

Terrible experience!!! Employees stole my phone and denied it until I proved it was in the building by pinging it from my watch! Surprisingly, at this point the very person denying it simply reached under the counter and handed me my phone. The phone had been gone thru and was on settings and on "reset". There was no intention of returning to the rightful owner! My private information was compromised. I will not patronize this establishment AGAIN!! I'm a very patient person I've worked in the food industry I understand how busy it can be when it comes to a promotion or sale. the service I received at this location is beyond horrible. the only person who tried to take care of the customers was the cashier sierra, she is the only reason I had faith to wait 2 hours on my food. The other lady there was very loud and inappropriate talking to the customers, her only concern was getting her sandwich made without pickles. The manager was in the back cooking but that didn't make a difference my order was beyond messed up multiple times even after I got a refund for majority of my order. He had an attitude the whole time just plain rude. The other people who were making food one was happy and energetic while the other had in headphones rapping in clear view of the customers. I love the McAlister's chain but although this location is literally up the street from my house there is no way I will ever return. read more
