Do you have a motorcycle? Are you going to Denmark or maybe you live there? Then you must not miss this camping gem in Midtjylland, MC Touring Camp in Kolind. In an age where camping has turned into glamping, we who ride need a place just for us motorcyclists. It's so enjoyable at MC Touring camp that you don't need to go anywhere else. It has a great area with many trees where you can pitch your tent anywhere. And don't forget your hammock! Or you can rent a cabin if you don't feel like pitching a tent. You will find power outlets everywhere, just remember the CEE to Schuko plug. (Camping power plug) They have a great local where you can buy both breakfast, dinner and reasonably priced beer! It's a gathering place for everyone, especially on days when it rains so hard that you need a dry, warm place to sit. In addition to buying dinner, there is a fully equipped kitchen with two cooking stations, pots and pans and two refrigerators to keep your food cold. There are modern toilets and shower facilities and there is no charge to shower. But I think the best part is the swimming pool. Here you can sit and sunbathe or cool off in a delicious swimming pool. And if you prefer beach life, Grenå beach is a 30-minute ride from the campsite. A beautiful, large beach with lovely fine sand. I had a great trip at MC Touring. Linda and Kent are wonderfully welcoming hosts who made sure everyone had a good time. On top of it all, the price is about half that of the usual family camping pitches. I can recommend MC Touring Camp as one of the best places to stop and enjoy yourself.
