I would like to say that our experience so far in regards to dress shopping, selection, customer service, photography packages and ambience has been phenomenal. Attentive and caring staff, beautiful BEAUTIFUL atmosphere and very nice dress selection. Accessories are lovely. This is the first place we went to after a friends recommendation and although we did go look at others to compare, none compared to what Samaria offers and the shopping experience we had. We look forward to our daughters photo shoot!

We had an amazing experience working with Tess and Ryan at Hourglass Arts. Ryan came out to our…read morehome with his Canon R3 to photograph an indoor baby naming ceremony for our twin daughters, and the photos are truly some of the highest-quality pictures we have as a family. We had about 20 friends and family over and wanted a mix of candid shots, family portraits, and photos of the ceremony itself. Ryan captured everything beautifully -- the big moments, the small emotional details, and the natural energy of the day. Tess and Ryan were also incredibly communicative from our early conversations through the final edits and delivery. They made the whole process easy, professional, and stress-free. We'll definitely be reaching out to them again next time we're in the area!

I'm so happy we chose Portrayts. From the first message they were super responsive and clear about…read morepackages, timing and what was included. We booked them for a small event plus a short portrait session, and they handled both perfectly. On the day of the shoot they arrived early, walked the location with us and suggested poses and spots that I would never have thought of. They gave just enough direction so we felt comfortable, but also captured a lot of natural, candid moments. Several guests even commented on how friendly and professional they were. Turnaround time was exactly what they promised and the final photos/video were beautiful - sharp, great colors, and edited in a clean, modern style (no over-filtering). They sent everything in an easy online gallery so it was simple to download and share with family. If you're looking for a team that actually listens to what you want and delivers high-quality photo and video work, I'd 100% recommend Portrayts. We'll definitely be booking them again.

I felt pushed to buy something I kept telling her I don't need and also after spending my money on a Groupon she tell me I couldn't use it I think that was not right and I should escalate the issue, i read the description of the offer to her and pointed out that what she was telling me was nowhere found on the restriction and descriptions of the offer she goes like but you know my time and my work cost more that just that.. like what!? Really As much as I like The studio and the quality of their work I feel that the should hire more experienced professionals and know how to treat the customers. Not a good experience overall. Not recommended!
