They were quick to respond a fix a portion that needed a little more care. They inspected one year later and called several times to make sure there were no issues. The night before, one of my regular cleaners called out, so I reached out to Ny'a as a fill-in. I offered her $110 for the shift, and she accepted. I made it clear that I'd Zelle her $50 when she arrived and the remaining $60 after the job was completed--she agreed to those terms without issue. She stayed in communication throughout the morning, so everything seemed fine--until she suddenly went completely silent. We called and texted multiple times, but got no response. Needless to say, the client was furious. She screamed at us over the phone and accused us of being unprofessional. It was a total mess, and definitely not the kind of reputation we try to uphold.
