Cheese's, just a little more upscale. The most annoying thing is that you do everything yourself. Order through an app. Pick up your drinks at the bar. Pick up your food at the kitchen. I expect the latter two from a tiny hole in the wall restaurant but the app ordering is too much. End of the day the dehumanizing experience can't get me over the fact that the food was good.

You order your food and drink using their app and then you get a message when it is ready and you then have to go and collect it from the bar and the kitchen, oh and while you are up go and get your own cutlery as well. You also pay using their app. Here comes the irony. You get asked if you would like to add a tip ... For what? The imbalance between the amount of work the customer does versus the "serving" staff, they should be tipping me!
