Yet, she is very accessible and wants to make sure that you, as a person, are always foremost in her mind. She is the only lawyer that will call me out of the blue, and ask me if everything is all right with me, and that she is always there to help me with any questions or situations that may arise. This was not a trite call, but definitely earnest, with no hidden ulterior motives attached. I can't tell you how many times I've taken her up on her offer of help, and indeed she helped. I call her my angel, because she seems to arrive and make herself known when I most need her. And if she can't help, she'll find someone who can. The last few times she did some representation on my behalf, she didn't even charge me....now that's an angel!! But don't get the wrong picture, she is on top of her game, and is the most competent, intelligent, and learned council one could acquire in NYC. You would be very lucky to have yourself accepted by her representation. Top rating from me, and I know and have been through the best lawyers in the city.

I cannot praise Ms. Redling highly enough. She kept in touch with us every step of the way, and made herself available through all available channels should we want to contact her at any time. When we were stressed and no doubt sounded it, Ms. Redling dealt with our questions and concerns with unflagging patience and calming advice. The results she obtained for us were just as exemplary as her professional manner. Within a very short time the hospital dropped their suit against us, forgave the debt, and paid Ms. Redling's fee for us. This, after almost 3 years of us trying to resolve the matter on our own. We could not have asked for a better outcome, nor a better lawyer. I am hard pressed to imagine a happier scenario for us than the one which played out because of Ms. Redling's professional efforts. My wife and I would/will hire her again should we ever need an attorney, and I would advise anyone else who is considering her to do so also.
