What a terrible experience we have had with Kevin Mays. He made inappropriate remarks to my wife when she went to see him and I had to work. He no-showed us on an appointment, said he was in hospital but he didn't even have anybody call us. He never returned a phone call even though my wife told him it was important. I just went in there for a 1pm appointment and he was eating lunch and had no idea I was coming in. He then spent 5 minutes searching for our tax papers in his desk and suggested we hadn't left anything with him. When I had our papers in hand I told him we would not be using him any more and as I tried to explain the reasons why he talked over me, told me to leave and opened the top drawer of his desk where he keeps his gun. He wasn't taking out a pen! He is VERY unprofessional, unreliable and rude. Go here at your own risk! read more
