J&R initially offered a refund for the grass pallets or to re-do for free. We requested a refund and now the owner says he never agreed to a refund. Zero integrity. Nothing but lies and shoddy service. Will have to pay again to have it done properly by a competent professional landscaper. Then he tried to tell me that he used his blower and that all the clippings would not come up. A total lie. You could not even see the sidewalks they were covered with clippings.
