Cut then the this afternoon when Q is wandering down mainstreet Dundrum and happens upon the gent currently looking after the Topaz store who assures me that it is infinately fixable. JOY!, I shall be dropping it in 1st thing tomorrow. I wander in and look at the shop, the stock is a little erm... not to my taste but nice none the less.

The fault is always repaired but the shop will not give me back a refund..... Given the cost and the fact that the product is in my opinion of such poor quality I feel a full refund should be given. I wont be spending any of my hard earned cash in this shop over the Christmas...

What's more they have a great sale on at the moment, however, I was thrilled to get a fantastic Rotary watch there today as a present for my son which was not on sale but got it for a whopping €264 cheaper than another Jewellers shop in Liffey Valley. Yes, I do mean cheaper for the exact same watch and it wasn't on sale either in H Samuel! So happy with my bargain, I simply had to Yelp it!....but just hope my son loves the watch now and he gets it on time for his special birthday in New Zealand.
