There is no reason for me to be physically seen and pay out of pocket for a visit when they did not even check my throat at the yearly physacalin October. The levels are only checked by blood tests and now that my 6 prescription has expired, which should have been a year, my levels are off and can't be checked until I have been on them for 2 months to get an accurate reading, there is no reason to be seen by them. Gave my symptoms, they ran the necessary test and said they would continue to culture it. Met with the PA Titus, a very nice gentleman, was asked where to have my prescription sent, and was on my way. It took a maximum of 30 minutes. I have been to this facility many times over the past 20 years, and I always walk out of there pleased with my care.

I, of course, knew they could not, but sometimes people just are not worth arguing with. So I came to Physicians Immediate Care following those instructions, and I was informed at the front desk that they could not help me for reasons I already knew. The reason I am leaving the one-star review is because even though I came here knowing they could not help me, following the other doctor's office instructions, they would not even take the time to have me go back into the back rooms to request a note be sent to the other doctor's office informing them of that. I asked Nick Hale, who works at Physicians Immediate Care, if he would at least send that information to the clinic that had sent me here. Not only did he not come up front to tell me himself that he would not be doing it, but I was informed that it would be a waste of his time, that the people at the other clinic already know, and that I was basically out of luck. Then the receptionist at Immediate Care informed me to go see someone else who could help me. When I tried to let them know that other place absolutely could not help me either, I was again informed I was wrong and that I should just go there. The incompetence has just compounded, leaving me without vital medication that is dangerous for me to be without because to do so puts me in a life-threatening situation. I thought Nick Hale was worth specific mention since he would not be bothered to send a note to the other clinic at least informing them that I tried to follow their instructions and was turned down at the door, but he could not be bothered to do so. The misinformation provided by both nurses and staff across the board is more than frustrating. I feel that people like Dr. Willy should better train their staff so that this kind of crap does not happen.
