Instead of fixing a wall heater properly they just removed and replaced while breaking the wall. A true contractor knows that by changing a wall heater it is needed to clear up the rooftop ventilation system and basement ventilation to guarantee their job and labor . I have never seen such horrible ownership in a mobile home community. They take advantage of not…read moreonly the people who live there, but the management as well. I'm livid at the fact that they are trying to take a home from an over 70 year old lady who's been in the hospital fighting for her life but still paying her rent on time. She, who has no kids no husband and no other family than her terminally ill sister in another state, is the sweetest, caring person I know. I and many people are willing to help her and they continue to threaten her with taking her home away so they can get more money. They treat their managers like crap and make threaten them with no jobs if they do not do as they say, even if it's not legal. How could they be so cruel to one of their oldest members of the community? I'm outraged. And the way that they are having their new managers live in the office because they don't have the old managers leave the premises after being let go. 30 day notice is over for them yet they have them lingering like an old mans stinky fart. There are plenty of other non complaint people living there and other things they should be fixing, like their constant outages and the look of it all together. Many of the community members want what they had before. The club house and activities that use to be for them to hang out and have games going. Aaaaand why does the park only have one for hidratante to the whole place. That's why they had trouble with the houses that caught fire three years ago. They are violating the safety of the members of the community without enough water to help in case of an emergency. Or the fact that it could be gated off so that the homeless people would stop stealing everyone's things and causing people to feel unsafe. They need to have new ownership and leave this poor lady alone! And the one star I give is so that this can go through for everyone to see. I'm taking this further than Yelp. I have lawyers and tv stations ready for me to blow my whistles and bells.

I can't believe this place. A friend of mine lives here. The management here is so inexperienced…read morethey don't no they don't no what their doing. First they send out a threating letter to everyone telling them not to park in the visitors parking spaces, or their cars will be towed, then they don't do anything about it after everyone continues to park there. It seems everyone has more then three cars so where are they to park? They have this little wanna be guard who drive around every once in a while telling the residence not to park in front of their coach or he will have their car towed away. Get with it you people and hire someone who know how to manage a mobile home park. I figure its owned by a large management company who don' even no what their doing.

It is a 5 Star Mobile Home Community. Dogs Can be walked but only on the owners lawn not everywhere forcing everyone to pick up after dogs they don't own, Guest must accompanied by residents if in common areas, and Thankfully there are Home Appearance rules, just like in any Homeowners Association agreement. I'll Admit that the rules are strict but looking at how nasty and degraded a lot of mobile home communities are in the area I'm happier for them.

To date, no one from your business has contacted me regarding this serious incident or followed up on my complaint. That lack of communication is disappointing, especially considering that this involved the safety of my children and me.
