Friendly people, and administrators doing their job. Trust and believe there are lots worse places to live. The neighborhood has declined due to homeless population explosion. That's not their fault. It's the last hope for affordable living.

It is a 5 Star Mobile Home Community. Dogs Can be walked but only on the owners lawn not everywhere forcing everyone to pick up after dogs they don't own, Guest must accompanied by residents if in common areas, and Thankfully there are Home Appearance rules, just like in any Homeowners Association agreement. I'll Admit that the rules are strict but looking at how nasty and degraded a lot of mobile home communities are in the area I'm happier for them.

The trains are actually tolerable but I am not close to the train tracks. To get in here to live is an act of the stars aligning you have to have over 750 credit score and NET income has to be 3x the monthly lease/mortgage cost. Good luck the stars did align for me because I submitted on a 3 paycheck month we have 2 of those a year if you are still working. Heaven help you if you have a pet over 20 lb unless they are a true service animal that you will need to provide proof.
