One occasion, I had to have my child assessed urgently, the staff were able to see her and provide great care . Many times, if I needed advise on special care eg mental health care, there was help given appropiately. The doctors and administration staff are welcoming and professional in delivering the care that I needed all the time.

Unless you're from a small town or shop very local all the time, there aren't too many businesses around today where you're on first name terms with the owners and staff - well, not me anyway., but I can say we all know each other at Baywest and that's quite nice. They bulk bill with a small gap so I'm happy enough to pay that and recently they engaged the services of a nurse, who'll help with follow-up wound care, and also a dietician, so that specialist, holistic care is also available. Now if I can just talk my Mum into coming across, I know just the doctor for her...

I love lime green and the waiting room has it everywhere but not so much as too hurt your eyes. I only recently started going here and so far, it has been a breeze. The wait time is minimal, the staff are helpful and patient and my doctor is wonderful. I will certainly not be going back to the bulk billing doctors I was previously going to. Sure they bulk bill, but the wait times were ridiculous and the waiting room felt like a death trap. The Gumdale Centre clearly outlines their pricing structure plus exactly what you will get back from Medicare. If that wasn't enough, they also refund you on the spot. The most important thing is of course the doctor and Dr Webster is a gem. Very efficient and obviously knowledgeable. If you find a good doctor, I recommend you stick with them.

Anyway, from one girl who's sick of the churn at some practices, the docs at Gumdale are professional yet relaxed, and one in particular has an excellent reputation for picking up on any scary little skin anomolies, so he's got my vote now for regular mole check-ups - had yours yet?
