Kathy, the owner took so much stress off working with me diligently answering all of my questions, taking into account each of my requests and even gave me a complimentary bridal hair and makeup trial a month before my wedding since my initial stylist left. She helped give suggestions as well for our last minute rehearsal dinner. (I wasn't planning on doing one but my now MIL insisted.)
