You're not waiting there long and he'll get to the point of the matter. His office is nice and roomy. There's chargers everywhere lol and you can chill and watch tv while you wait. His assistants are great and very efficient. Furthermore, Dr. Buchbinder did some blood work to find out why this happens so often. What a difference from some crappy NYC clinic that shoves a z-pak in your face and sends you on your way. After allergy testing five weeks ago, I was promised immunotherapy would begin within three weeks. Nearly five weeks later, the practice cannot locate my serum vials or confirm if they've been manufactured. Staff have no tracking system, provide no updates unless I call, and offer no solutions. There is clearly no management oversight of inventory or patient communication. Save yourself time and frustration by seeking treatment at Allergy Express or other practices that maintain basic operational standards.
