The owner Fico short for Federico is also the barista and roast the different beans from the state of Chiapas. He also made me an espresso with milk that was absolutely wonderful! Prices are reasonable and he only takes cash. I bought the house blend and I'm anxious to try it tomorrow for breakfast. Best place in town to have a great cup of coffee. Don't expect to find a fancy coffee shop, this is a coffee roaster and you can order an espresso, a cafe arabe or a cortado. There is one smal table with four chairs. You finish your coffee and go.
