They requested we get an electrician to raise our pump outlet that was the reason our breaker was tripping. We scheduled a licensed electrician to come out they reviewed the box installation. The box was not installed properly which he fixed 40 minutes later on our dime! The outlet was tested for the pump and there was not a problem with it. I called Robin (scheduler) today July 17 to confirm the time they would be out. She informed me they were 2 workers short not sure if they could make it out! Temperatures are high 80's going into 90 tomorrow, I'm losing landscaping the grass is burnt. I then received a call at 2:45 they would not be able to make it due to only 2 men working. I would have not have tried this company if my guy had not retired and they bought the business. They are completely unprofessional and unreliable.
