The staff at the store was very friendly and helpful. He told me that it is a family business that his father started 20 years ago and all the silk products were made locally in their workshop. Also the back room of the store showed some old machines and accessories for silk weaving that was good to check out. It is a good place to get local gifts.

So when I find a vintage store or antique shop that excites me, I have to share. This place is incredible! Such an array of vintage and antique items that to me would make for a much better souvenir than any trinket you could buy. As a Tiki lover, I found several old unused bottle labels for rum that I bought to frame and hang above my home bar. But they have everything from small items for a Euro or two, to large, antique advertising, bottles, dishes, and more. Absolutely loved this place and was so glad to have stumbled upon it!

What started out as a 3 star review quickly dropped to 2 stars on day 2!…read moreToday's reasons for the drop are: Toilets close at 7:30pm when the mall (shopping) closes at 8pm. The stores are so rude starting at 7:30pm - Basically wanting everyone to GET out! No is their favorite word after 7:30pm. The good news is that the supermarket opens until 9:30pm and the restaurants open as late as 11pm. The toilets in the restaurant area stay open. Quality/Quantity - Huge mall! 3 floors. We came here for a Korean dinner; see my Chikin Bang review. Sadly, I regretted it. 198 shops. 66 restaurants. 5 entertainment. Ambiance - A beautiful huge mall. See my pictures of the directory. I plan on coming back when we have more time. I hope to take more pictures on the next day, or not. Paid toilets unless you create an account and download the app. So inconvenient. Located in…read morethe charming beautiful old city, this wonderful shop has thousands of prints, engravings, lithographs, drawings, and other original art that is out in the open and categorized for you to thumb through and browse. There's everything from old maps, to street scenes, repoductions of famous paintings, animals, flowers, nudes, contemporary prints, and virtually any kind of art you can think of. Prices seem very reasonable - I got an signed/numbered lithograph from the 50's for 125 euros, and a beautiful, century-old engraving of a nude playing the violin for 10 euros. I could have looked forever, and can't wait to come back! The staff was very helpful, and packed up my purchases in cardboard to protect them during my journey.
