They even refused to send it to another FFL that would do the service and called them saying that I was trying to do something illegal. Now my lower is with them and supposedly they will send it back to the maker. Avoid this place like a plague. It's only headaches and false accusations. Go to Academy instead. They always accepted my military orders.

Probably the worst experience I've had at a gun shop. Dropped my rifle off for some work to be…read moredone. After three weeks I get my gun back to find pair that the part that was replaced is no longer working, so I'm in a worse off position than I was when I brought the gun to them. After questioning the staff about the work on my gun I was able to pry out of them that they had no clue how to replace the part and had to order a manual from the manufacturer. The whole experience was disappointing. If I'd known from the beginning that they didn't know what they were doing I would have never brought my rifle to them.
