You'll need to go to CVS, the nearby Big Red, or the winery/distillery, all of which are pretty close to this store.

I find parking to be extremely crowded. Prices are higher than the other area grocery stores. What I like is you can use your Kroger card/kroger coupons here. My son loves their bakery donuts. The donuts apparently are amazing in the wee hours of the morning. Another thing that I like about this store is they still have that "small town"vibe.

This is a quaint general store in the small town of Leavenworth, Indiana. It feels like a step back…read morein time! They have an assortment of knick knacks for sale, plus an ice cream counter. My sandwich was good, not inspired, but good. There were a couple of outdoor tables and it was a warm spring day - perfect. The side of the store I walked through had really cool merchandise like an old time general store, maybe. My partner passed through the other side to the "pristine" bathroom and said the merchandise was a mix of feed store and grocery store. There was a galvanized tub she wanted to buy but we had no way to get it back home. We were pleased with our scenic detour and this stumble upon.
