Do Not, I repeat, Do Not move here…read more Here's some light work for you: The place is filthy (see photos). The "cleaning people" are other tenants that are working in exchange for reduced rents, not professionals. That not a terrible idea in general but when that tenant leaves, or stops caring, they have no allegiance whatsoever to the building AND NO BACK UP to actually do the cleaning. The apartments are not cleaned between each tenant. I moved in an requested my carpet be cleaned that same day because there was Chinese food and hair clips on the dining room and bedroom floor. I was told that I had already moved in my stuff ( signed the lease a week earlier tho) so they couldn't. I had literally a loveseat and a duffle bag. I was told to ask the following year at lease renewal. I was still here then, and did just that but guess what I was told.... yup, No. of course I had already rented an industrial cleaner from Home Depot but the point is they lied and lied again. The unit across from me became empty after a husband decided that his wife and children deserved better! That's based on a personal conversation I had with the wife who was a stay at home mom. The following week, the head super entered the apartment with no shirt on, left the doors open and music blasting, and spot painted for about two hours. He never came back and a family moved in that Friday. The children that live here are constantly throwing rocks at cars. The security cars "reads Homeland on the side" have regularly had to escort children to their apartments after witnessing these incidences and chasing the kids down. The reports are provided to the apartment management and "warning notices" are delivered to certain apartments. Packages are not safe for delivery(see pics). Amazon left a package for me - it was stolen and destroyed, the remains left near the spot the package had been left (per the delivery confirmation photo) A group of people cut through a woman's first floor screen, broke into her house, and then broke into another vacant apartment and lived there for more than a week before they were caught! How the fuck hard is it to send someone to an apartment that you know should be vacant when a tenant calls and says someone is up there.... which is odd because the police and DYFS are there regularly to remove people's children from their homes. A woman here has had three mattress on her patio since I moved in and you can see the wild animals that emerge from behind the mound! Who knows what's dead back there! The other photos depict the general conditions of the property. Door hanging off, pairing being torn off by the children - ratchet, hood, ignorant stuff that speaks volumes about the property managements lack of concern for maintaining safety. Police reports are public record folks - please save your money and find another spot. It's plenty of places in Levittown or langhorne, in far better condition, with less people who don't care about their own stuff, let alone yours.

I want to share a concerning situation involving how a long-time employee and tenant at this…read moreproperty was treated after being injured while performing work she was directed to do. The property manager at this complex was regularly asked to perform maintenance tasks outside the scope of her role. Despite explaining that she was not a maintenance worker and requesting help, she was still expected to carry out these assignments. While performing one of those tasks, she fell from a ladder and suffered a serious injury. While recovering and on workers' compensation, she received a letter stating that if she did not return to work by a specific date she would be terminated. Wanting to keep her job, she appeared on the date listed in the letter. When she arrived, she was informed that she had already been dismissed because medical paperwork from her doctor indicated she had not yet been cleared to return to work. It is important to note that she was also a paying tenant at the property. Like many employee housing arrangements, she received a discounted rate while employed, but she still paid rent. After being terminated, she attempted to pay the full, non-discounted rent so she could remain in her home while recovering from her workplace injury. The owner refused to accept the rent payment and instead initiated eviction proceedings. As a result, someone who was injured while performing work requested by the property owner is now without her job and facing the loss of her housing despite attempting to meet her financial obligations. Situations like this raise serious concerns about how workers and tenants are treated when they are injured on the job. When someone is hurt performing tasks assigned by their employer and then faces termination and eviction while still recovering, it raises difficult questions about fairness, responsibility, and how vulnerable employees and tenants are supported when something goes wrong.
