Holy bad pictures Batman! Life Touch is hired out by my children's daycare (Kindercare who I do…read morelove). Anyway, these people cannot take a decent photo to save their life. I don't expect perfect images b/c I'm not a moron, but they took a photo of the two of my children at the same time and literally, 50% of my daughter's face was not in the picture! They thought that those were the photos I should see, so I got several printed pages of photos with her face cut in half. I don't know if it's b/c they couldn't back up or zoom out to get them both in the frame, but it is unacceptable that they consider themselves "capturing memories" when they cannot even capture an image! On their website under preschool photography, it says: Lifetouch Preschool Portraits delivers studio quality, professional portraiture taken in a setting that makes each child feel comfortable and safe. We capture once-in-a-lifetime memories and offer a wide range of portrait products and options at affordable prices. I am a photography snob, so I do hire professional journalistic photographers to do my children's yearly and monthly photos as needed but not everyone can do this. However, to call them affordable is extremely inaccurate so it would be worth shopping around to get a much better deal for "professional" images. For one printed sheet, the cost is $12.00/page. Um....inexpensive my ass for MISERABLE photos! I'm sure Sears could do better....I guarantee they could actually for a much more affordable price. Not to mention, posturing my son with his chin under his hand and ankles crossed is like the least comfortable way to pose him. I'd have been happier if they let Max run free through the playground and capture some actual photos of him MAKING MEMORIES instead of putting in front of a green screen, plugging in a cheesy background and sitting him to look like Chucky from the 80s movie. And last but not least, I received three packages of images. Professional would entail "attention to detail" and they managed to MISSPELL my children's last name on ALL three packages AND not the SAME misspelling. I'm the customer but yet, my name is not important on even ONE of the documents to get right. What a miserable excuse for a "photography" company. Thank goodness it is OPTIONAL to purchase the photos, b/c if I had pre-purchased them, I would have demanded a full refund. I almost wish my children had not been subjected to such idiotic photographers who cannot even frame their face correctly. Good lord. Embarrassing! I cannot believe schools have been hiring them for 70 years.

She is also very accommodating to schedules , which is amazing when you try to balance a new life with a newborn/ toddler. I cannot say enough about how amazing she is. I also think her prices are very fair, as she does amazing work and has a lot of props to choose from and a lot of high end equipment. I have seen some places where they like you to bring items you wish to have in the photos but she has everything you would ever need. Even offering adorable outfits for my little one for her first birthday photoshoot. She is also so kind and fun to talk to. I have never felt rushed out the door.
