Maximum store 3 is such a friendly and fun environment! Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile and the employees are always eager to lend a helping hand. This store has a huge Hulk when you walk in the door and a great kids selection so it's also a fun place to take your kids. A very family friendly environment! Any time I have wanted a book I have either been able to find it here or they've ordered it for me. I will definitely continue shopping here! read more

First, I'm tired of all the comic book stores that I can't take my kids to. This place is very open and clean. The staff is very friendly. Most comic book stores don't have time for me if I'm not a regular. You want me to be a regular? Then treat people like they live there. I didn't buy a thing the first time I went there. The staff didn't care about that. They acted liked their job was to service the customer.... what a concept. Free comic book day was awesome! Kids can't wait to come back and spend their money. read more

LOVE THIS STORE!!! I live in the neighborhood and I always had to go to Comic Oasis to find more comics. Once Battlezone went out of business and Maximum showed up I cant stop visiting the store. My Boyfriend and I are always in there and Alex is super friendly and always fun to talk to. We do the Sloppy swish :) read more

I love this comic store. Hey have a ton of current comics to check out. They also have a good selection of graphic novels and plenty of comic book merchandise. They are super friendly and I always visit them the first Saturday in May for free comic books! They have a huge statue of the Hulk inside so check him out and take a picture. read more

Nifty little joint. Until I got cornered by three ultra nerds. Nevertheless, all is forgiven, I enjoy the shop.

I go there at least once a week. Joey is the best. He always gives me a heads up on things he knows I will want. He's also helped me out w things outside the store. That's great customer service. You can tell he really loves his job and his customers. Trace Is also a great help. Soon as I walk in the door he says hello Robin with a smile. Remembers my name and the things I like. That's a great personal touch. It's hard to find service like this. They're don't just want your money and send you on the way. They care. read more

I LOVE THE HULK STATUE! It's the first most amazing thing you'll see when you step foot into the store. There's a huge selection of comics, toys & other merchandise. Service is good and it's conveniently located to my house but I wish they had enough stock of the posters I wanted. read more

I'm a huge fan of Maximum Comics. I come here for both my Heroclix and DC/Marvel comic book needs. All tabletop game products are usually 20% off, which is really awesome! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the comic selection is very broad and organized. If you like their Facebook page, you can catch up on all of their weekly deals. This is definitely a great store for comic fanatics of all ages. read more

Best comic shop I've ever been to. This place got me back into reading comics! Friendly, helpful staff that is well versed in all titles new and old. read more

Nice and clean, well organized and filled with a variety of comics, books, games, and figures. They even have a backroom for people to challenge each other in a game. Watch out for the Hulk when you walk in. read more

Our all time favorite Comic Book Store in Vegas! My son likes to go there on the way home from school. He loves the variety of Pop! Vinyl figures, plush toys and accessories. Joey always knows exactly what we want and is currently assisting me in building my classic movie monster action figure collection. What a helpful and friendly staff! read more

The Hulk statue when you first walk in is definitely awesome, quite the site to see. But I wouldn't say the staff is as friendly as everybody is making them out to be... It seems when their "quota" is short for the day, they do get kind of pushy with sales. They throw the cliche sales lines that all sales people say, and it was my first time going there when I was being almost forced to buy stuff. They make you feel bad if you dont. I don't know why people are saying this place is cheap either... lol there was something i've seen at a different store for 12 bucks, that they were selling for about 50. So....yea. I consider this place a rip off. Me and my friends went together and didn't like our experience there what so ever. Won't be back. Nope nope nope! read more

This is a cookie cutter store that has a very small selection of older books. They have 100-125 on a wall behind the counter, but seems like a small offering for a store that has 3 locations. They carry a large selection of toys and current issues including TPB'S, but don't offer much in older books from the 70's and earlier. The older books they have are priced at or above book, but you can find a solid pick-up once in awhile. Overall I just buy my bags and boards from them. Staff is always nice. read more

Awesome store and staff. When my old comic book store closed a couple years ago I was forced to go elsewhere. I'm glad I chose this location. Store is always well stocked and well run. Great mix of new and old merchandise. Highly recommended. read more

It smells good in there. lol I stop in from time to time for prints and fun stuff. I'm not much into comic books anymore, but I still like my X-men and Cobra/GI-Joes. Plenty of books, novels, posters, prints, signs, action figures, games, snacks, all that. read more

Went in today to find some new releases - been out of the comic loop for a bit - very helpful staff - clean location - well organized - best comic shop in the city - would rather drive here than go to a different store by my residence - A++ read more

By far the best comic book store in town with three locations and a warehouse. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

So I first experienced Maximum comics at store 1 on Fort Apache about 4 years... Swore I wouldn't go back. The staff at the time was rude and just straight up obnoxious. I went into store 2 off Sunset around Christmas time, I believe the same year looking for something for a friend, and had a much better experience, not great, but way better. Fast forward to 2016, I found my self listening to a fellow comic friend talk about how awesome Maximum Store 3 on Tropical was. I decided to give them 1 more chance. I am now and will continue to be a dedicated Maximum Comic Store 3 shopper. Joey and Anthony are absolutely amazing, personable, knowledgeable, and just all around awesome. I have since had the pleasure to meet and become friends the owner Jay as well as the other staff members who work at store 3. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS! read more

Maximum Comics 3.0 (and it's two other locations) are the best comic book shops in Las Vegas and Henderson. Actually, they're the best I've been to period. The shops are always super clean and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. There's no fees for having a pull box. The owner is a super nice guy and hosts events regularly with several chances to win prizes. There's multiple signings with great writers and artists coming to meet and talk to fans. All the comics are always bagged and boarded. Tons of awesome Collectibles and games as well. I come here on a weekly basis and it's always a wonderful and pleasant experience. If you want to start getting into comics or have questions about collecting, these guys are patient and helpful. Maximum Comics is highly recommended!!! read more

Super friendly and useful staff members. I love that Maximum Comics hosts a variety of events for all ages. Store 3 is conveniently located near my house. There are plenty of products to choose from. The staff members I've talked to are total comic book nerds and it's always great to talk with them. read more

Love this amazing store and company! Every time I walk in I am greeted with a friendly face and when I leave I am thanked for coming in, even if I don't purchase something. Joey is always willing to have talks with me about my favorite comics and he gives the best recommendations! I enjoy all the events the company puts together and I am excited to try them all. It's a fun friendly environment for the whole family to enjoy! read more

This place is amazing! Great service and workers. They have a wide variety of comics, from the most popular "Batman" to the uncommon "Invader Zim". I've had great luck meeting my Zombie dealer Kelli who knows and...Kevin or Kenneth (I'm sorry /.\) who always shouts my name when I enter the store ^-^ Both are exceptional in their comic knowledge. Every worker is also very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend! read more

I recently started playing MTG here on Fridays and Saturdays mostly and it's been a blast! The staff is super friendly and really helpful. I almost always see Tim when I go in and he's great. I did the Eternal Masters draft last night and it was so much fun. You just cannot have a bad time at this place. Their prices are insanely good for MTG sealed product and when I've checked out the comics, graphic novels, and games they're priced really well also. Thank you guys so much for everything you do! read more

Kenneth and Joey are always so helpful and welcoming. They are always really knowledgeable and if they don't have a product I want, are more than willing to call around for me. read more

I frequently visit Maximum Comics to retrieve my comics from my in-store pullbox. The staff are friendly and they are eager to help me locate a comic, discuss a comic's release date, and to retrieve comics from my in-store pullbox. Aside from that, this location has many cool events such as spinning a big wheel to get discounts or even a free comic (which I received last time)! Nonetheless, I will continue to visit Maximum Comics as they are my go-to comic shop. read more

Store is a joke. I have spent thousands of dollars here. Anytime you special order something even a year in advance and they find out the demand is up and they can sell it else where suddenly there is a mix up and they don't have your product. For instance I ordered 2 cases of fat packs of Battle of Zendikar. The woman running the store says they didn't come in and my order must have been canceled. I get pissed and ask for who runs their compny. Suddenly they are in the truck of her car and she will be right back. After he employee had called me to say they were in. Now I order Eternal Masters. I wanted two cases. Was at the Fort Apache store I asked to pre pay. Was told no. I get sent to Tropical and on the way get told I get one box. I was told a week ago my case would be there no biggie. I go today and get told we have one box for you!?! So basically they take orders they have no intent of filling to screw the competition over. I now need a new comic store. I have a huge pull box they just lost. What a crap way to deal with your customers. Much less the ones who spend serious money at their stories. Enjoy that hole in your budget where my money used to be. read more

Are you serious! When you thought comics were dead! This love brings them back, it's wonderful for adults, kids and gets everyone away from technology. Would be nice to see one more location from you guys keep up the good work and thanks for being part of the Vegas community read more

Very nice shop. I love that they also stock games, figures, prints, and other collectibles other than just comic books as I do like to dabble in games and do collect certain genres of prints and figurines. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, neat, and organized... I have a friend that LOVES Batman and finding a gift is SO easy here thanks to their organization. read more

The employees at maximum comics Kenneth, Kelli, Joey, Anthony are the best at what they do and what they do is really, really good. Very outgoing and helpful. Always looking to help you. My first regular comic book store since Page After Page closed down almost 20 years ago. While it is becoming a bit of a "chain" store, the staff makes all the difference. Knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to share their likes and dislikes. Make sure you visit if you are in the area. read more

There's quite few comic book shops in the greater Las Vegas area to choose from, and Maximum was always my first choice. It seems that the shop has been lacking something lately though. Mainly the fact that there's no one at the store any more that actually knows about comics, or that seems to even really care about them. In the past I could go into the store and talk about the latest books with Alex (who, sadly, has apparently moved on recently) or even talk about the classics with Will (when he was still around), and the other guys at the shop would join in. Fun for all! Unfortunately it seems more like a big company store now, than my old friendly neighborhood Maximum comics. Lately I find myself driving further across town to find something more inviting. I'm not hating on the store at all, It's just not the same. read more
