I had read about their eclairs, and I'm not usually a big fan due to the cream filling, but I was intrigued by their speculoos one.
The eclair pastry is light, and it's topped with a speculoos crumble, Gilles with a cold coffee flavored pastry cream that's not too sweet. At €2.95 each, it's not cheap compared to croissants and bread, though it is much more labor intensive.
Skip the pain au chocolat, but the more unique eclair is worth trying.
