They suggested Basin Satellite, who even they use to do jobs, in our area. Basin Satellite is a family owned business that has been in business since 1998 which impressed us. I called and spoke to Kris (Chris) who was really nice and set up an appointment for the next day since they were coming up our way! It started raining on the day of installation-even a couple rumbles of thunder-and were fearful we'd get a call to postpone. But, no, Joe showed up-a little early even. We were so glad as the rain had just stopped. He evaluated the job and got right to work putting the dish on the roof. We have a park model in an RV park and he knew exactly where to hook it up. He rain cables to the living room and bedroom. Then, tested both and they worked perfectly! I definitely recommend Basin Satellite and would definitely use them again. The speed limit is 15 mph through the roundabout and the law is that a vehicle yields to anyone in the circle. I was in the circle and your truck did not slow down or yield and sped through the roundabout causing me and others to yield so that we were not hit. The truck was white and truck number is T110. The license plate number is 8KA6V1. I think you would agree that killing a child outside of an elementary school would be pretty bad publicity for your company. Please ask your driver to be respectful and careful so we are all safe. I tried calling your corporate office and your number is not working.
