Only one time was due to weather. We gave up trying to schedule and requested a refund, which he agreed to provide since he couldn't fulfill his part of the deal. Several weeks after that, we still didn't receive a refund, and once he found out we submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, he sent me wildly unprofessional/threatening text. Based on other 1-star Google/Yelp reviews, we're not the first people he's done this to. I recommend taking your business to someone who will actually follow through on what they sell! Happy to take this review down if and only if a full refund is received.

I loved the can-do attitude and commitment to customer service. I will be returning one by one with our other 3 cars. I recommend Premium Car Detailing and would give them a 10 out of 10!!!!
