Two employees were already in the store (one walked right past us into the store as she came to work LATE!) and nobody apologized for opening the store late. After we entered the store, the lady at the reception said the person who was supposed to do my fitting called in sick today so we have to re-schedule. REALLY? I booked this appointment one week ago and there should be someone else to stand in for the person who called in sick, or at least a solution should be provided before she simply let us down and tell us to come back another time! To think that I was going to spend thousands of dollars in a store to be let down like that, NO THANK YOU I had much higher expectation than that!!! I found my dress only an hour later at Rosa Clara at their Printemps boutique. There they treat you like you are the paying customer.

The woman that helped me spoke very few words of English, which I was prepared for and she had also no intention of listening to me when it came to my budget and what I liked/did not like. She offered no other dresses besides the ones I picked online, which really defeats the purpose of a bridal sales woman. No one was there to greet me when I arrived, and no one said goodbye when I left. The bathroom was also disgusting, blood everywhere. Really not a good experience. Go to Metal Flaque if you're interested in having a good wedding dress experience!

A truly horrible experience. I really wish I had read the reviews before trying to go there because…read moremost of them are terrible (as far back as 9 years ago and as near as 7 months ago). I booked an appointment over a month ago and showed up on the day and time to be told that my appointment has been canceled because the bridal sales person who had been scheduled to take me on had called in sick. They didn't reschedule me automatically to a different slot or a different sales person (even though my appointment was with Printemps Mariage and not any one specific sales person) and were quite rude and unapologetic about the whole affair. When I arrived there was no on there to welcome me and I had to find someone from a different corner of Printemps to call someone from the bridal sales team to their desk. Once they arrived and dropped the bomb, telling them that I was only in Paris for a short amount of time did nothing to sway them even though they had no one else there to serve at the time and honestly just felt like I was dealing with a bunch of lazy employees who didn't feel particularly inclined to work that day.
