I usually get the "Big Zax Snack" because it comes with a drink, fries, chicken strips and a large piece of Texas toast, toasted perfectly. The seasoned batter on the chicken is amazing as is the seasoning on the crisp french fries. The building looks great from the outside and nice on the inside with plenty of booths and tables. Cashiers greet you with a smile and are very helpful if you don't know what to get. They have one of those new Coke machines that you can mix and match any drink combo imaginable. My only complaint is the size of the chicken strips that they give you. I have visited a couple times and gotten some very small pieces that couldn't really be called strips. If they improved this I would have nothing else bad to say. Finally, their sauces. They have a great selection of your standard sauces including wing sauce, bbq, honey mustard, ranch, and a couple hot varieties that aren't as hot as they claim them to be. If you are from Utah, then fry sauce is a part of your DNA and their "ZAX" sauce here is incredible. It is a smooth, peppery take on standard fry sauce that i just can't get enough of. I always have to order an extra! If you love chicken, try this place out and you will be glad you did...

I've never been to an In-N-Out in Utah and this may be my first and only visit to one of the…read morerestaurants in this state. I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and I chose to order and eat inside because the drive thru line was way too long. I hadn't eaten all day so I ordered two Double Doubles, Animal Fries, and a small soda. This is what I usually get at other In-N-Outs if I'm really hungry. I ended up waiting over ten minutes for my food while plenty of other customers who came in after me ordered and got their food in a couple of minutes. I don't know what was taking so long for my order, but I was getting impatient. Maybe it was the grilled onions. That's usually the excuse for why an order is taking longer to prepare, but I don't know. When I got my food everything tasted great as always but not long afterwards on the drive to Salt Lake City I started feeling ill. I had an upset stomach that started to hurt a little and when I got to my hotel I had to lay down for a while. Fortunately things didn't get any worse but I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day and just had small amounts of water. I don't know if I've ever gotten sick from eating In-N-Out food before. I've had this same order from many other In-N-Outs before and never had an issue.

Staff was polite, the food came out pretty quickly, and everything felt organized. Burgers were simple but solid quality, fries were fresh, and overall the experience lived up to the hype more than I expected. Not life-changing gourmet food -- but definitely a good classic burger stop with a nice atmosphere.

It does not specify which pieces. However I've ordered it before and gotten a whole chicken. ( 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts - 8 pieces) This time I got 4 wings, 2 legs, and 2 thighs - still 8 pieces, but not close to being worth the price. Also I've had slaw that has been sitting out so long that it's inedible. Gross. Service is normally friendly, but rarely fast. We usually use the drive through, but when we dine-in the area in adequately clean. It may be a while before I give this place another chance, which is sad - because when it's good, it's really good.

Needless to say out of a scale of one to ten I give that order a minus ten it was the worst and a waste of my time and money. Service was good polite like they were a week ago but needless to say if I can build up enough desire to try it again I will be eating my food there where I can demand my money back if I receive another hide off of a whale
