On 02.19.2021 all I wanted was to be able to run my card as credit. I was not allowed to and was presented with just 2 options US DEBIT/VISA DEBIT. Interface looked different from a week ago and I buy gas for my and for my wife's vehicle weekly. I used to buy it at this location. I always use card as credit today had not an option to skip entering pin or use as debit and I am not a fan of amounts put on hold for half a week so went inside and talked to cashier. No basic troubleshooting, no eagerness to help. Tried to misunderstand me thrice, used remarks like "hey if you would ask me to give you $100" or "I can't authorize the pump to run for free". I never asked for free money. I was trying to give you funny thing is very close to $100 in exchange for a flammable liquid that keeps my cars running and it went to a different station, I pumped $40 into one vehicle and $60 into the other within few minutes. Like 1 of competing gas stations in town ironically stated at least their pumps are working. Pumps are rarely maintained at this Jacksons, filters are almost never changed sometimes if you are unlucky pumping 15 gallons will take full 15 minutes and it is useless to try and find help because it will just add time and you will lose your fuel discount. And you just lost a loyal customer who had been buying gas from you since 2010. Good riddance, even got slightly better mpg after switching my gas supplier.
