I told them that I would be back in town that weekend to drop off the car I bought and pick up the car I traded in. They opened thirty minutes late and my car was not on the lot. They could not find my car, and made me wait about two hours till they did. He did not tell me where my car was, but when an employee finally pulled up in my car, it was trashed and out of gas. While I was waiting, about three people came in (in a two hour time span) and complained about serious problems they were having with their vehicles. The people that work here are absolute scum.
