My bike developed a horrible whine in the primary (2001 Road King). There was a tornado coming this day and 2" hail for our area. Rangs Cycle held the door open for us (with a tornado coming) and took my bike in. My daughter and I got a room and they kept the bike overnight. Kris (owner and mechanic) came in the next day when they were scheduled to be closed and out of town. For $500.00 I got a new clutch hub and race barring. I was back on the road the next day. Kris & Becca (owners) are wonderful people and they take care of customers. The dealer Deluxe Harley-Davidson in Gillette, WY would not help me figure out where the noise was coming from. The service manager (tall guy with a long beard) refused to even listen to the bike in the parking lot. He wouldn't even lend me a stethoscope so I could listen myself. I asked if there were any other places, I could go and HE LIED! He said there are no other places in town. Rangs is 3.9 miles away. This dealer was willing to leave my daughter and I stranded with a tornado and 2" hail because they have beef with another shop and THEY LIED to us.

That alone would get 5 stars from me.. the trick in business is not doing one sale but getting me to come back... To qualify I have been vaping for 5 years. I spend a couple of hundred (3-400$) yearly on mods, and then coils and juices about another 60 to 80$ per month.... I but most of my juice from white label juice co but need a backup store. So I went to this store after a fun day rebuilding a front end in a car and wanted some juice to go Netflix and chill with my cat.. Went in and bought a 60ml bottle of cuttwood unicorn milk then it happened. 27$ with tax. REALLY. I got home and called there and they verified. 27$ FOR JUST ONE 60 ML BOTTLE. I had to laugh to myself.. Point being since that at retail should be 20$ at the most if you overcharge that's cool. You did get the sale. But you wont get a repeat.....
