I have not use maurices that much. The clothes are nice and fashionable but not very modest for women that is of the religious communities. Less shoulders and chest exposure will attract a whole untouch market for mmaurices. Eventhough for the style they do offer,customer service maurices get 5 star. read more

I use to shop in here a lot!! Spent quite a bit in person, now I purchase mostly online. No one greets you. It's sad what's happening with lack of customer service in retail. Loved going in because the young ladies would always say hello let me know if there's anything you need help with. Not anymore. My past 2 store visits have been the opposite. I'll shop with my local boutique and maybe I'll buy online. read more

When I got to the register where "Cassey" was working, I asked about the back dressing room, and she smuggly told me it was closed. Really? I had just left the area, so I kinda figured that out. I also inquired about the restrooms. Again, Cassey proudly announced they're locked. Really? I said this is a disservice to your customers. If I have to walk all the way to the register and ask Miss Cassey to find someone to unlock the door and stand for ten minutes waiting, only to have to walk back to the register and ask again, is nonsense!!! Ross - consider the handicap and the mother with 3 wailing babies or heaven forbids a senior who needs a restroom immediately. It was such an unpleasant experience at Ross and Cassey, you definitely need to be trained and have a little sensitivity for people who are waiting.

I drove an extra 30 minutes while in town to make sure I got to visit this store, and I am so glad I did. If I could give no stars I would…read more This establishment is a disgrace. Two employees literally tracked me down almost (30 weeks pregnant) to badger me saying I have to wear a mask. I've been advised by my dr to not wear one. It's been over 700 days 2 years and I'm tired of the discrimination against others that CHOOSE to make a CHOICE. THIS IS AMERICA NOT CHINA. There is no law stating that masks have to be worn. If the current employees and this establishment treats people like this?? This is a way to have your business shutdown. I am disgusted.
