I was saddened to hear that they moved but my auto policy is still through his office. I haven't dealt much with Ben, but Charisma is fantastic. She really knows her stuff, has excellent customer serivce, and is very personable. She helped me get a multi line discount on my auto policy, which ended up with me paying less on my insurance premium overall but getting additional coverage. As long as Charisma is there, I will continue to send my business that way.

I did a market survey and compared prices and terms between several insurance companies and again the price and terms at Susan's office were the best. I would like to compliment Irene who works with Susan and took care of me regarding the additional vehicles, she was very kind, professional and really wanted to help - and also succeeded. I would totally recommend anyone looking for a reliable and professional insurance agent to contact Susan's office! And thank you again Irene for great customer service !

She said she would call me when my taxes were finished. 7 days later she called me to come in to sign the tax forms. My 2nd appointment: I found that my information had been incorrectly transferred to the forms (this 1st filing was rejected due to these inaccuracies) The incorrect information was #1 They had incorrectly written my social number #2 they had incorrectly calculated my income (it was off by thousands) #3 they had incorrectly written my write offs #4 they had incorrectly written my home address. When I first spoke to the woman, she quoted $150 as cost of tax filings. When I was presented with the the final bill it was $275. I asked Adalberto, the manager, for a partial refund because it took 4 visits and 3 filings to get my tax papers done correctly. Adalberto replied that he would talk to the owner on Wednesday June 17th, to see if I could get a partial refund. I asked him to call me back.  There was no call. I called that Wednesday for an update, neither the owner nor Adalberto were said to be in on that day.  I can not recommend Fiesta Tax Services, since my experience was that they were unprofessional. Also, their logo says Fiesta, a celebration, I did not experience that with the Fiesta Tax Service. * Thank you Fiesta Tax Service for calling me, taking me seriously, and giving me a partial refund for my tax return. Craig the National Manager of Fiesta Tax Service called me to discuss my experience, apologized for the errors on my return, and assured me that my taxes will be done accurately next year. I can now heartily recommend Fiesta Tax Service. I am very satisfied and pleased with this resolution.

Since the Banuelos took over this firm, this agency has gone down the drain, letting us down time and time again. Our premiums have gone up exponentially without any reason or discussion. In 2014, it was $3500 in 2024, it was $9307 in 2025, they wanted $12,808??!? We are a *4-unit condo HOA. There is no fire zone, no officers, and no claims--ever. Over the past 12 years, I've tried to contact Jessie and have a frank, honest discussion about our policy and your exaggerated premiums. I'm sent on a wild goose chase to other family members or assistants each time, but never Jessie. The closest thing to a response I ever got from Jessie was, "At this time, I have not found an improved solution." We're now working with Christopher at Walsh Carter and couldn't be happier about the savings they found! We're paying HALF for MORE COVERAGE! csarantopulos@walshcarter.com

I don't know much about cars or car insurance. But I assume that if your ever in an accident or have a question about your insurance policy you should be able to call your agent and expect to talk to someone. WRONG. Not here. If you ever try to call him 8/10 times he's away, according to his message machine "he's out of the office or assisting customers"... Yeahhh sureeee... And I'm out trying to solve world hunger. A few months ago, my sister's car was involved in a hit and run. When we called the insurance agency, no one returned our calls and this being our first hit and run ever we didn't know what to do. We also had questions about what a deductible was (yeah we're that clueless) and so instead we called Farmer's corp and they helped us through everything. You would think after receiving a bunch of panicked messages from us, someone from this agency would give us a call back right? WRONG AGAIN. Days, months passed by and no call. No call to see what we needed, to see how the car was, and most importantly no decency to give us a call to see how my sister was doing. NOTHING. My dad chose this place because it was convenient for him and they spoke Vietnamese. But really people if that's your only incentive to get insurance here it's not worth it. Your better off at a place that spoke Latin or pig Latin. At least they would give a damn and give you a call back. Seriously though with the thousands of cars on the road, the crazy, distracted drivers and the fact that there are millions of things that can go wrong while on the road or driving. It's nice to know that if anything happened your insured and someone is looking out for you. After my policy is up, I might just being singing... Like a good neighbor State Farm is there...
