*Will update on mattress after we sleep on it for their recommended 18 day trial period*…read more We had a wonderful experience here! Their salesperson Devin was exceptional and extremely helpful and friendly. We brought in our two kids, and our youngest was antsy from all day shopping..but Devin encouraged them to have some fun while there & even shared stickers! They were very happy & entertained while the adults looked at all the options. Devin explained each mattress type and even showed us their factory in the back where the mattresses are made. Such a cool thing! Who knew mattress shopping could be fun & educational. Devin asked us about our other options we had been looking at, wanting to meet us for our mattress type & budget and wants, and he did just that. We found a great mattress that feels great, and at an amazing price. Even ready for pick up tomorrow! Bonus points for this shopping experience because during the factory tour we learned they make custom mattresses for trailers and I cannot WAIT to come back and have them upgrade the current pile of foam DIY I put together in our camper.

We visited Mattress Firm in Wilsonville and were greeted right away by Evan. I told Evan what I was…read morelooking for and what I didn't want. He took me to the beds with the medium firmness and with the head/leg tilt as the base. I tried the firm one and then the medium one. The manager Gordon was sitting nearby at his desk, and let me know that the softer of the two beds would be better, since I am a side sleeper. Evan provided a quote for both king and queen size beds, plus gave me a couple discounts reducing the price. Two pillows, free delivery, free set up, and free take away for old bed were all included. After comparing prices at a couple other places, pricing on the bed I was looking for was comparable, but Even saved me an additional $1000 without trying to sell me something I did not want. When I went back to purchase the bed, Gordon was there to help. He took the time to explain that HSA/FSA dollars could be used to reimburse some of the cost of the bed, since the bed is needed for medical reasons. Otherwise, we would have not known about this option. We bought the bed and returned the next day to pick up the sheet set, since Gordon offered a discount for those on the phone. When we went in, he gave us even more of a discount, which was nice, so I purchased two sets. Gordon is very knowledgeable on sleep postures and the beds in his store. He went above and beyond with making sure we got the right mattress, and he is also a delight to talk to. Evan is also very friendly and makes sure he knows exactly what you are looking for.
