I enjoyed testing a few beds, some felt heavenly, One will surely find the right comfort, fit and style of bed, is like all comfort feelings are here, from very Hard to very Soft. Since it was black Friday, I was able to get a good deal on my mattresses. The delivery was done on time, the whole process of shopping and setting it at home was smooth, fast and reliable. I bought a Sealy from this store a year ago. The sales associate stated that the springs in the…read moremattress are built strong and will last. No need to buy a mattress that you flip. The new "one sided mattresses" are built stronger and will last. So a year later my bed starts to sag. I call and I ask about the warranty. Would you believe that the sales associate blamed me for not rotating the bed enough. Blaming the customer??? He told me that, "I was not using common sense." How rude is that? He tried comparing it to using common sense when you rotate tires on a car. Very, very, rude! It's common sense that their warranty's are a scam. Blaming the customer for "not rotating enough" is a trick to get the customer to keep the poor quality mattress longer so there warranty (that they don't honor anyway) will expire. Yeah it's the customers fault. It was my fault for letting someone lie to me about the quality of there mattress. It was my fault for buying there mattress, it's my fault for believing that they will honor there warranty and it's my fault for bothering the poor sales associate because I'm unhappy with the product. Yes my fault. Well, I leaned my lesson. I will not be coming back to this store again and I will not buy another Sealy. I will pass the word on to all my friends and family too.
