I walked in here knowing I was going to spend quite a bit of money. I've been here twice since moving to Chambersburg. The first time I moved here with a mattress but the box spring was damaged. I called them, asked them if they had a basic box spring, had one ready for me. They even price matched the Sears price which was $60 less and I got to take it home that day. The gentleman was pretty nice, too. Then I came in for a mattress and I think a man named Shane (?) helped me? It's been a month I forget, honestly. But we were unhappy with our mattress and wanted to sleep better. His back ached, I can sleep anywhere, honestly. They financed us with a mattress over $4,000. Invest in something you spend over a quarter of your life in. I got fancy pillows I didn't think I needed but are quite literally the best things in the world. I'm buying one for every wedding gift I ever buy now. I sleep great. Like... really really great. All other beds are rubbish to me now. I slept on an air mattress at a friend's place and it was the worst thing ever. I frequent the gym these days and I'm never more sore when I wake up. The bed does not contribute to any of my aches that the gym gives me and I'm able to sleep even with an achy body. read more

I want to tell everyone not to go into this place. The store manager and his name is Shane is a piece of shit. I think he is more worried about getting high and trying to be funny. My wife and I went in there today to pick up the bed we had bought for our son and my son and I had to do did it out of the back room and load it on the truck. After his lazy ass said they did not have one on hand but the day before said they did. This did not make my wife happy and she told him this and when my son and I where loading the truck she told him sorry for getting upset and he told her just to let u know I am the last one u want to do that with. Tabitha was great! I purchased a new box spring and mattress from the Gettysburg Store. Unfortunately both items were defective. They had rips and tears. When I went back to the Gettysburg Store, they barely gave me the time of day. Their customer service was so impersonal and unprofessional. They did not want to deal with the situation. I called over to the Chambersburg Store and spoke to Tabitha who I had never dealt with. I explained the situation and my frustration. Tabitha was fantastic! She went the extra mile to help me out. Within a couple of days I had a new mattress delivered. I would highly recommend going to the Chambersburg Location even if it means driving a few extra miles. The customer service is so much better! I would like to let everyone know that this place is nothing but a joke....all they did after they got the okay was lie I have had my mattress for a month and payed my first payment already and I STILL have NO headboard and footboard and I was told 2 weeks and now today after 4 calls to different ppl all week about it I'm told today that it's being made for us right now and will be delivered on the 27 to the 30 OMG and I said just come get the bed and they said they can't return the bed cuz it's already in my house however our contract says clearly 90 day return refund policy. ...I totally disagree with all of how this was handled as I too am a business owner. read more

We went in looking for a mattress that would help with chronic back pain. Thomas took the time to make sure we selected the proper one and was tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and informative. The price was very reasonable, and the delivery and setup went quickly and without problems. Its been about a month now since I purchased my new mattress and I couldnt be happier. At first me and my fiancee walked into the store lookin for a new bed, after seeing the prices we told each other that we would just go somewhere else but after the service, the quality and the sweet price we got, we ended up buying our new bed at the store and are 100% satisfied with the decision. It is by far the greatest bed we ever slept on and only paid 1200$ for a king size bed that was originally over 2000$ . We moved into town, got here mid-late afternoon and went to many shops in area to try and find beds for entire family. We needed 4 new beds and many stores told us they were closing and couldn't help us until tomorrow. The manager and co-worker stayed and helped us get all 4 beds and made sure we could get them home.
