I want to clarify one thing. The staff, especially the kind woman that helped me in March and again this week are all awesome. They are patient, they listened and they even knew a few other customers by name. If I were in a position to employ them, I would take all of them without hesitation. My biggest regret is, the insurance that I purchased only covers replacing your selection for something else in the store. Sincerely, P. Lawson

Being new to the area, we didn't know how most of the stores here do business, and it seemed that the dizzying array of options by many stores were full of claims that couldn't be met unless you were willing to wait LITERALLY weeks (or even months) for delivery. So it was delightfully refreshing that Mohammad took my wife's call and explained that he had a variety of king mattresses in stock that could be delivered right away. We went to the store and met initially with Donna, and eventually with Mohammad, and we found the king mattress we wanted, with the firmness we wanted, and scheduled delivery for later that same day! It arrived as scheduled and was personally delivered by Mohammad's son, Ibrahim. In all, it was a 100% satisfactory experience! Highly recommended store!
