Adam welcomed us in, qualified our needs and met us at our price point. His sales skills and knowledge made our experience an efficient and pleasant one. In fact the entire staff worked together. Our only suggestions, having nothing to do with your sales staff, are these. 1. Update or correct your pos program. There seems to be a breakdown as various points of your computer system do not communicate well with each other. Adam was shut down with a locked program that clearly was not due his cause, as other staff had repeated problems with the same issue. Multiple calls took him from the sales floor and added delay to our sales process as we were all at the mercy of what seemed to be an IT support system (by phone) that was not qualified to fix the problem. 2. Offer a means to respond directly to the phone message confirming delivery time. As we wouldn't be home, and our address was misunderstood we had to wait to respond directly to the store during next day hours. Was not happy. I'm on my 4yj bed since January 2023. Had Adam called me back before my 120 days ran out. I would've have had to find my own new bed. But now I'm being charged a delivery and restock fee. Not cool. Other people came in after me that he helped them I has to move out of chair so he come sell them a bed. While he was talking to them he told th he'd been on vacation out of Country So I'm paying for someone not calling me back and going on vacation. We had the best experience at Ashley. From being greeted and directed to the lift chairs to Kaye demonstrating and selling us the chair. She and the manager worked with our requests and expedited the sale. John has limited energy and uses a walker. His only complaint is the lift chair display is in the furtherest location of the store. A challenge for lift chair needy. However, we recommend Ashley Home Store. The staff are super! read more
