I was told it would be ready for pickup today. I heard nothing this morning, so I called and asked for an update. I was told they had "no idea" when the truck would show up but they would call back. Several hours later, they called back and said the truck never arrived and I will not be receiving my order until at least the 20th, a full week and a half later than promised. When I called back to cancel my order, I was blown off and told that I would receive a call back momentarily. I'm still waiting. While I've been waiting, I've found a mattress for $280 less at Macy's and will be cancelling my order with Mattress Firm and they will never see my business again. Update: I finally gave up waiting and called the store back. Don acted like he hadn't heard from me, and then when I asked AGAIN for a cancellation, he immediately became testy, told me he was "going to handle it after he finished helping his customers" (apparently I'm not a customer?) and when I stated that he had told me that almost an hour ago and I had not received a call back, he started all but yelling at me about how he had already set up the cancellation (which he did not indicate the first time we spoke). I informed him that it had BETTER be done today and he said he will email a copy of the cancellation confirmation, so we'll see. If this is not resolved by the end of the business day, I will be paying this store a visit tomorrow.

We were really happy with the range of items to choose from and ordered great quality furniture for a really manageable price. When the deadline came for getting the furniture in, not everything had been delivered. Kyle arranged for brand new furniture from the store to cover us until the complete order arrived. Then they came back and redelivered still no charge.....removing the " loaner " furniture and completing our order. These guys are a class act and really covered our butts for our first rental. Our love seat recliner stopped working on the right side. When purchased it we were told it has a 5 year warranty. Andre reassured me when I bought it. The switch needed to be replaced at 3 years 2 months. The owner (his wife) would not work with us. They wanted to charge $139 to come to the house to confirm it was a switch issue. Then we'd pay for the switch and installation. Bottom line, the issue isn't resolved. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wouldn't even try to work anything out with us. This item was expensive to buy. Go to a reputable dealer and get everything in writing. I do believe in buying local but will NEVER return to this store and I will not recommend it.
