I've been going to Dr. Burgett for longer than I can remember, I think soon after he opened his office at Unity. He has been one of the best doctors (especially ophthalmologist) I've ever gone to. He has taken great care of my eyes (I'm diabetic so this is important) and has always been patient and caring. With respect to his office staff, I've never had a problem with attitude or service. My wife Carol and I are on a first-name relationship with several of them. Again, this doesn't mean disagreement with one of the reviewers since a lot of different people have come and gone and sometimes a given individual might well have had a bad day (the office is always really busy) or a given person may just be that way. The mandatory eye photo is not covered by insurance and that is a legit frustration. However they keep the digital photos and those serve as documentation of eye condition and charts retinal stability or changes over time.
