I bought this brand new 2025 Ford F150 had a scratch they don't wanna fix it and also the salesman came over three times to my house at 10 PM 11:30 PM. This is crazy. They're saying I owe them $960 When I have all the receipts paid Even then, the assessment shouldn't come to your home. I didn't even know how he get the address bothering me that late when I'm sleeping.

I ordered a brand new Ford Lightning online through Ford's web site and I picked Matthews-Currie Ford as the dealership that would sell me the truck and get the commission. That was a mistake and I wish I'd ordered it from a different dealership. The dealership wasted 5 and a half hours of my time so far and when I wrote them an honest review of the experience the sales rep called me and yelled at me about the review. My brand new truck was delivered to me with over 100 miles on the odometer. Someone took it joy riding, there's no excuse for a brand new truck to have that many miles. I have a very minor issue with the truck that needs to be fixed under warranty. I called the service department and asked them to fix it here at my house instead of me coming in because I don't want to see the sales rep who yelled at me ever again. They haven't said yes yet and it's been over 24 hours. On top of that the dealership didn't do a good job preparing the truck for delivery. Attached are photos of "strings" of plastic that should have been removed by the dealership. I'm dreading what other things they missed or did wrong that I'm going to find. Hopefully only cosmetic things like this and nothing serious. When I spent almost $65,000 with a company pre-tax, including a $1,000 price gouging "doc fee", I expect great service. Not what I've received.

He, being an accountant, also knew what price we would be looking at after all the "haggling".

The next day, I noticed the problem and reached out multiple times to my sales rep. He said he would talk to the paint department and sales manager to see what can be done. He never got back to me with any solution, so we flew back home with no resolution. I called back to the sales manager and stated I will be back in August. The sales manager noted the issue in my file and to bring it back when I am in town again. I did and after very little time and multiple people looking at it, they concluded there was nothing that could be done as it is a used vehicle. I was quoted $2,000 to have it repainted but I am having it done for less money elsewhere. No effort to even work with me on resolving the issue. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, customer service, and any interest in making it right. Matt

The most recent was a complete mis-diagnosis of a check engine light issue, where they wanted to charge me $2,400 for repairs that as it turns out would not have even addressed the main issue. The smallest of which is recommended replacement of a perfectly good battery for $448.20 before they could even fully diagnose the issue. The only valid charge would have been for a coolant flush. I had to reach out multiple times to get an update and ended up taking 3 days to get a bad result. They either did not know what they were doing or were consciously trying to overcharge me. An independent repair shop diagnosed the issue correctly and saved me considerable $$.

I came in this time because I've had a 2nd window motor fail in about 6 months. Service technician last time thought it was funny. $363 for labor, $336 for the motor. So, in theory about $180 an hour for labor. But, they show the shop floor on TVs in the waiting area. Based upon watching them work, It appears, in my opinion, that the workers are working on multiple vehicles and double or even triple charging for labor. Like $180 an hour isn't enough!

After spending nearly $5,000 with this service department, the original issue still isn't fixed. The explanation we received afterward was essentially "no clue." We were told the batteries had to be charged and that there's "something electrically wrong" that they cannot diagnose. As someone in the industry, that response is unacceptable after charging a customer thousands of dollars. If the problem couldn't be properly diagnosed, replacing expensive parts beforehand raises serious questions about the diagnostic process and how those repair decisions were made. Dealership service departments are supposed to have the highest level of training, diagnostic equipment, and technical support. Charging a customer $5,000 and then admitting you can't diagnose the issue is not what anyone should expect from a professional service department. I was simply trying to help my customer get their vehicle repaired properly. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. Very disappointing.

When i went to the waiting room (which is quite large) it was full of people. This would not be only 1 hour wait. I asked why I have a long wait when I had an appointment and I was told they are backed up with tire sales etc. I took my vehicle out and went to Valvoline. 2-My daughters car had a flat and AAA said she will need a new rim as well as a new tire and he suggested I tow it to a dealership. We had it towed on 7/16. She called to check on it 7/22 and Kevin said he had look into it and call her back. He called back and said they were waiting on the tire. He called back on 7/23 to say the tire will be in the next day. On 7/24 he called and said "Are you sitting down? We're having trouble with the alignment. You will need to replace the lower control arm and both front struts. The car will not drive straight." he quoted us at $3600 before tax "right now" (meaning he was probably planning to add more on later). We authorized the repair. We reached out to several mechanic friends and they all informed us that there was no way this level of damage could have been done. We told GMC we NEEDED the car done by Wednesday. As of Wednesday evening, the parts were not even there yet. We informed them we'd be taking the car and going elsewhere and they said that we would be charged for the parts (that weren't even there yet). We took the car Thursday morning to a local repair shop that had the car completely repaired THE SAME DAY for less than half the price. The struts were not even needed and the car drove beautifully out of the shop. I would not recommend this service center as they are not honest, price gouge and will prolong the length of the service/repair. It's also something to note that several days would go by without hearing from them and WE had to reach out to get any form of update. This is an absolute deplorable business. Go elsewhere.
