First, when we decided to have a playset installed for our kids and have our front yard redone after terrible winter storm damage (removing ruined shrubs, dying trees, replacing with new shrubs and flowers, fixing and re-edging all garden beds, and mulching), we called 5+ landscape design companies. Carlos was one of only 3 to call us back to schedule an estimate. He was one of 2 to show up when he said he would. He listened closely to our needs, asked questions to be sure he understood our goals, and educated us about materials and options available that greatly improved the overall plan. He was the only landscaper to provide the estimate on the timeline he had promised, gave the most detailed estimate, and it was significantly more affordable than the others received. Once work began Carlos and team showed up on time every day, clearly communicated what they would be working on, and worked incredibly hard each day no matter the weather. On a day with thunderstorms they were working both before and after the rain, unlike many companies which would have "called it a day." They cleaned up every day, going so far as to wash dirt off my driveway! The day before the playset assembly they worked until sunset to ensure I wouldn't have to reschedule assembly. When the assembly team came (a separate non-local company chosen by the manufacturer) they told me my landscaper had used very high quality materials and were very impressed with the quality of work, saying it was very rare for them to see site preparation done so professionally. When I told them what I had paid, they were amazed and said the wished All Good was local to them so they could recommend them, that I would have been crazy not to go with them. Now that All Good just returned to finish the playground mulch our yard looks like an advertisement for the playset company! I will absolutely be calling them for all future landscaping needs, including fall and spring clean up and lawn mowing. This is the single best experience I have had as a homeowner with a contractor. I will start by saying I am a perfectionist, so I have very high expectations when it comes to work…read morebeing done on my home. I have worked with two other contractors recently, and I can honestly say that they don't come even remotely close to the quality of work that Carlos and his crew provided. Carlos and Victor remodeled my entire bathroom, removing and reinstalling new tile, a vanity, mirror, light fixture, toilet and other bathroom accessories in addition to spackling and painting. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated an extreme attention to detail and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. He does not cut corners, and he takes the time to do things the right way even when it requires extra effort. For example, he noticed that my bathroom floor was not properly leveled, something that could have easily been overlooked or simply worked around. Instead, he took the time to correct the problem and make sure everything was properly leveled before continuing with the project. He even painted door trim outside of my bathroom to make sure it transitioned well with the bathroom, something that was not his responsibility. That level of care and thoroughness is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. The spackling and painting were absolutely immaculate. I have hired professional painters in the past who did not come close to the quality of the paint job Carlos delivered. Painting is 90% prep work: sanding and spackling. You can tell when a contractor understands the difference prep work makes, and Carlos and his group certainly does. Carlos and his crew were also kind, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. They were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean throughout the project. In fact, I commented to my husband that my house looked cleaner after they left than it did before they started! Another thing that really stood out to me was the pricing. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of work, attention to detail, and level of care he provides. You TRULY feel that Carlos takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the finished product. It is VERY rare to find that these days. I could not be happier with the work C&N Construction LLC did for me. If you are are fussy about the details and looking for a contractor you can trust, who is meticulous, honest, thorough, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I would HIGHLY recommend Carlos and his crew. They exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely use them again for future projects.

I've received several different quotes with different approaches to our Dryvit problem and was really looking for this company's professional opinion as I'm obviously not a contractor. But it seemed they wanted me to provide them all the information upfront to basically give a "virtual" estimate instead of inspecting the property and problem. Super frustrating.

I scheduled the inspection seeing the amazing reviews on yelp. However, I was very much…read moredisappointed. We had great difficulty getting the inspection scheduled. The person could not schedule the inspection unless the call came from the sales agent. Apparently thats the only way "her computer lets her schedule" The inspection itself was not adequate. The inspector Dave seemed to speed through the inspection. We noticed one leak in the ejector pipe but failed to mention that in his report. Attention to detail and quality of service that you would expect from an inspection company is simply not there. This was a complete waste of my money.

When I pulled up next to them, they were not interested in rolling down the window.
