When I say cool, I mean trendy, contemporary, youthful and any other words you want to use to describe it's 'hip-ness'. The girls who work there are friendly and good fun, and where most hairdressers like to talk (mostly inanely it has to be said) you can actually have a fairly decent conversation and a laugh at the same time with the staff in Rehab. My wife has her hair cut in here, and when she asked for something completely different that's what she got. She was bored with her style and they brought her bang up to date, and with skills you'd expect from a more experienced team. My main experience of Rehab is of taking my toddler son there for his haircuts (my wife banned me from clippering his hair along with mine!). To be fair, he is a really well behaved kid anyway, but they all coo over him and genuinely do make a difference to the experience for him I think. The prices are very reasonable too, and in comfortable, spacious, friendly surroundings they seem all the more worthwhile. After trying the majority of the local places, my wife has really found a favourite in Rehab, so if you need a trim you could find worse places to go. Oh, and it's Unisex - cool enough too that blokes won't feel stupid going in there.

The prices are keen considering you get a cut/colour that rivals any top salon. I attend myself as do my children and the service is as good for my 3 year old son having a cut for a couple of quid as it is for someone spending £100 +, you even get a lollipop if you're good and sit still!

I have always been offered refreshments. The stylists always offer of advice on whether a cut would suit you or not. I have never had any problems with getting an appointment. The salon is located centrally in the town centre. This salon is well worth a visit. Good style doesn't need to cost a fortune. The only negative is the size of the premises. The stations are quite close together and extremely small area it's a shame they cannot expand.
