The hairdresser listened to what I wanted done and also gave a few pointers along the way on how to better the style I wanted but only if I wanted to rather than just doing it (which I have had with previous hairdressers) she also offered to straighten it just so I got the full effect of the style even though it was near to there closing time and i had just walked off the street looking for an appointment. As for the price it was brilliant! I had wash, style, blow dry and straightening all done for just over £20!! I will definately be returning and telling my friends about this little gem. I went for a consultation to get my hair back to a platinum/grey tone after getting…read morehightlights/tints for around a year (i had platinum blonde hair for around 3 and a half years before the highlights started) & was told my hair was too warm, theyd have to cut it all off and that the grey/cool tone would look "weird" against my naturally colour yes she said he word "weird"!!!! So awful! No skin test no sample of my hair to work with and I had to ask her to come and look at my hair so i could explain to her that the warm tones were tints and that my hair is very fair naturally but no she wasn't having any of it! Offered highlights or to cut my hair really short. It honestly felt like she just couldnt be bothered! I went to another salon nearby and they have given me the perfect colour and cut NOTHING off! Its grey its bright and still in good condition, its really shocking how unproffesional some salons are. Thank god i found the place i got to now.
