Unfortunately, when our turn came at the counter, the servers totally ignored our existence and asked for the order of the German lady behind me. At first, I thought ok, maybe the other server behind is in charge of me and she was just too busy... But excuse me? People just kept ignoring us twice! I hate to say this but my mom and I pretty much stood out non-caucasian, it's impossible not to see or not remember us. We finally spoke up and the server, seemingly "confused," finally acknowledged our existence and asked for our order in English. Anyway, ordered 2 cups with 2 scoops each, one of ice cream with walnut/fig and Oreo, the other of sorbet with strawberry mint and apricot. They were quite good, but considering the mistreatment, I don't know if I would recommend this to friends and family. Shame.

My bf also seems happy tucking into his three scoop, chocolate, vanilla and black forest cherry ice cream. Ok he said the vanilla was a bit bland but this is my review and it's based on my ice cream hahhhaaaa! You can also get loads of different toppings and freshly made shakes.

The icecream is delicious and (besides the usual popular flavours) they have regurlarly new flavours. The coffee is great too :) They have 2 tables inside, and 5 or so outside, so good weather is needed. They open some time in March (weather dependend) and close when it get's cold :) This is a family run business, so expect friendlyness! If you are in Kladow, this is a must!

The line moved at a good pace and the gelato is the best I've had outside of Italy! Good selection of flavors and they were spot on! They also offer small bites and drinks. For seating it's mainly outside when we were there (still some Covid restrictions) but the inside is smaller. Outside they had a long table in the front and then chairs and small circle tables for 2-3 people along the sidewalk. The staff was friendly and you could tell they are passionate with what they do. Yummy!!!
